• Apples – 1-2 PC.
  • Milk – 250 g
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Cream 33%– 1 tbsp
  • Potato starch – 1 tbsp
  • Water ~ 100 ml.
  • Vanilla – pinch
  • Sugar – to taste

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Apples clear, remove the core, grind in a blender, but not quite to puree, add water and put on fire, bring to boil, boil 2-3 min.
  • Step 2 In half the amount of milk to dissolve the starch and pour in the applesauce. Stirring occasionally, boil for 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour the remaining milk, add vanilla, sugar, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 3 Remove from heat, slightly cool, add sour cream. Pour into pudding cups, sprinkle with sugar (so that the film is not formed), spread on top of cream or sour cream.
