Potatoes 6 PCs.

Method of preparation

Onions clear and finely chop. Peel the potatoes, wash and grate on a coarse grater into the bowl with the onions. This also cut the leaves from the thyme sprigs, add the egg white well with salt and pepper. Preheat the frying pan with a thick bottom and pour a little vegetable oil. Put portions of the potato mixture into small pancakes and fry from both sides, over medium heat for 2 minutes. Eggs to cook for 5 minutes, gently peel. Arugula wash and dry.
